Monday evening session with Kelly is an essential part of my week. It is basically therapy for my mind & body.  However stressed, tired or overwhelmed I feel going into practice I always come out floating and feeling calm and refreshed.
Kelly provides such a calm, nonjudgmental and encouraging safe place for us, I’ve never experienced a class like it.
When I first started I had zero confidence and would go straight to the darkest corner of the studio. Now I lay my mat wherever there is a space 🙏

Kelly's Monday yoga classes are so good that I actually look forward to Monday's now. I've worked with Kelly for a while now and I'm physically and mentally stronger for it. She is an excellent teacher and an even better person. No matter what your level, she'll find a way to challenge you physically, and she always has wise words in meditations to help you live a more fulfilling life. Kelly’s class on Monday has honestly been my saviour these past few months. I’ve been really struggling with self confidence, low self esteem and anxiety the past year and this class has given me the tools needed to overcome these struggles. Her class has given me a safe space to feel all my emotions and work on my mind and body. She has taught me that self love and self care is what is most important for me to start healing myself. To give myself compassion, the rest it needs and to fill up my cup again. My body is so much stronger and my mind in a much more positive place and it’s all thanks to her and the time she invested in me. She goes above and beyond for every single person and I am so grateful I have this class to take time out for myself. Kelly is amazing and her compassion and kindness during the class is what makes it so special.

Wellness event review: 

Kelly today was outstanding in every way. You quite literally thought of everything!! 

From start to finish it was perfect. Your gorgeous start to the day was amazing. Hot pastries and coffee also gave us a chance to Connect with the rest of the group

Leah was amazing at Pilates.

The food was all absolutely yummy and healthy. 

The dance class was right up my street and so fun, I will be practicing that routine and yes absolutely in my underwear in front of the mirror.

The yin class by Carliann was Devine and I loved her voice.

The intention setting and identity workshop I found very powerful.  

I loved meeting likeminded &  inspiring people, I feel lucky to be around those lovely people. 

There was so much love and emotion in the room at the end which speaks for itself, you created a magical day and I can’t  wait for the next one.

Wellness event review:

I recently attended a wellness day retreat hosted by Kelly from Unleash, and it was nothing short of transformative. Kelly, a talented yoga, breathwork, and dance coach, and Leah, a passionate Pilates and dance teacher, make a fantastic team. Their combined energy, expertise, and seamless collaboration created an uplifting and empowering atmosphere throughout the entire day.

 

The retreat was further enriched by Carliann’s calming yin yoga and meditation sessions, which brought a beautiful sense of stillness and reflection. Each part of the day flowed perfectly, striking a balance between movement, mindfulness, and connection.

 

The food was absolutely fantastic—delicious, nourishing, and thoughtfully prepared. It truly added to the overall experience. I also loved the extra touch at the end with the mindset module on self-esteem. It was the perfect way to wrap up the day, leaving me feeling inspired, confident, and recharged.

 

The retreat was extremely well-organized, with every detail carefully considered. If you’re looking for a day to reset, recharge, and reconnect, Kelly has created something truly special. Highly recommend!

Children’s 1-2-1 mindfulness review:

I cannot thank Kelly enough for the love, support and genuine care she takes with all students. My daughter has attended Kellys classes at Connect Studios for a few years and came to a point where she needed extra support and real understanding going through a really difficult time. To keep her engaged I approached Kelly for 1-2-1 sessions with Unleash. This was something my daughter asked for as she trusts Kelly and really wanted some support. Kelly and Theia started 1-2-1 session, with the aim to keep her attending Connect, working on her self esteem and mindfulness. Kelly always completed a check in prior, to ask me how Theia had been and tailored the sessions to fit what was happening for her. They have done lots of different types of work, looking at mindfulness through movement, working on her self image and confidence. I trust Kelly implicitly with my daughter. The work they have done and the progress she has made, having a trusted space and real understanding. There is a true connection between Kelly and my daughter and that has been a real life line for her and for me. Her confidence has grown, she looks forward to her sessions and it has been key to help support her during this time and ongoing. She is now back to enjoying her acro classes and will continue to work with Kelly 1-2-1 if she will have her! I cannot thank Kelly enough for seeing through the challenges my daughter was having and truly believing in her. If you are thinking about 1-2-1 sessions  with Kelly or any events for your children  then I would highly recommend. I know my daughter would not be where she is right now, enjoying her time with Connect if it wasn’t for the time, effort, understanding and support she has received.
