With a rich background in movement instruction spanning over 10 years, Leah Griffiths is a dedicated and passionate teacher who places a strong emphasis on individual attention and holistic well-being. Certified by HFE, Leah has honed their expertise through extensive training and continuous education, ensuring that every class is grounded in both techniques and growth.
Leah’s teaching philosophy centers on the belief that Pilates is for everyone. Whether working with beginners or advanced practitioners, Leah creates a welcoming and inclusive environment where each student feels seen, supported, and challenged. By offering personalized modifications and hands-on adjustments, ensuring that every exercise is accessible and effective, catering to the unique needs and goals of each individual.
With an ongoing professional career Leah has worked as a performer and performing arts tutor for the majority of her career majorly leading in industry performance and dance, collaborating with an abundance of wonderful, artistic beings.
This next chapter of my journey will be focused on spreading vibrant energy into wellbeing and strength work. I believe Pilates can be a foundation to both mental and physical growth, rehabilitation and energy level. Boosting your mood and mindset. CARLIANN LANGLEY
Carliann Langley is a highly experienced teacher, specialising in yin yoga and meditation, she holds over a 1,200 hours of training with the world's leading experts and many years of teaching experience.
Through the integration of yoga philosophy , conscious breathwork, yin yoga & mindfulness, she supports her clients with therapeutic transformative practice for body and mind, working with clients in her local community, internationally through her online classes & 1:1, retreats, volunteering for charitable organisations.
Her teaching is grounded in ancient philosophy and merged with modern day science – a truly informed, warm, down to earth teaching approach. Her passion is to inspire peace, easing clients away from states of anxiety and stress towards space & wholeness in the body, mind and heart.
