Our intention for our wellness day is:
“To unleash your inner courage: Set powerful intentions for 2025”
Date: Sunday 12th January
Time: 9:30am - 4:30pm
Venue: Southport Waterfront Hotel

What to expect:
9:30am: Welcome drinks & pastries
10:00am: Introduction, Breathwork - intention setting
10.30am: Yoga flow (warm up)
11.00am: Pilates
11.30am: Dance - Confidence Workshop & Celebration with a cheers turmeric and ginger shot & snack
12.00pm: Hatha Yoga
1:15pm: Brunch - hot drink
2:30pm: Yin yoga
3:00pm: Meditation and relaxation
4:00pm: Closing circle
4:30pm: Finish
